Medicare is denying the (11721 or 11056) as not medically necessary. I tried to rebill the 11721 with B35.1, R26.2, L03.031 also denied. I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing denials for 11721 -11056 reported with B35.1, R26.2, L03.0315 or other payable Dx. Iam receiving denials from Medicare.
