My practice manager said the doctor saw an email about "The AAPC offers an easy and free way to get national E&M coding averages by specialty". Doctor is a podiatrist. Does anyone know where you can go to AAPC website & get this info.... tried looking at everything... didn't see anything that listed this...

This may be what they are referring to...just select your specialty, and enter your providers numbers for each LOS; it will give graphs so you can compare your providers E/M utilization to other providers across the nation...I believe their comparison numbers come from Medicare data.
