I have a Podiatrist wanting to schedule a procedure - Pressure irrigation to debride a foot ulcer and is wanting to use a graft jacket Q4107 - Is this HCSPCS covered by any medicare products (We are in TN)?? Can this be billed to medicare and be reimbursed?? I checked my fee schedule that was given to me and don't see it listed. The procedure code for this 15002, 15275
