If you use a podiatry specific, what is it? We are currently using TrakNet. They sold out and we do not like their new software. They say that they are going to continue supporting TrakNet, but you know how that goes. Any help would be appreciated.
 
Hi Belinda. We also had Traknet, 12 years. Left the year before they sold out. The company they sold to has their own Podiatry platform. You could look into that. We switched to NextGen Office because they are backed by the APMA. We have been quite happy with them. Of course no ehr is perfect but NextGen is FAR superior to Traknet and the billing side of it is accurate and doesn't lose claims like TN does.
