Recently I was asked to develop a policy and procedures manual for auditing charts for our practice. We are a multi-specialty practice that includes family practice, internal medicine, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, along with an Urgent Care Center.

Would someone be able to lead me in the right direction where I may be able to obtain a sample policy and procedures (guidelines) for chart auditing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!:)
