What are the bulk of your denial reasons? Is it ineligibility, wrong Id number, wrong insurer? You would need to identify where the denials stem from, they work them from there, then set up a system to correct any errors internally. Do your claims need to be "scrubbed" before submitting them? Are they bundling issues? There can be so many denial reasons, they need to be classified before you can put a policy into action. Good Luck
