Wiki Polydactyly Excision

The doctor performed bilateral small finger polydactyly excision by cutting into skin and soft tissue. Since bone was not involved, I went with 11200.

I noticed the guidelines for 11200 is for up to 15 lesions. I just need clarification, does this mean 15 lesions all-together, or 15 lesions per laterality?

For instance, would I report 11200-LT, 11200-RT? Or do I report 11200 just once? If so, what modifier would I use to indicate this was performed on the left and right side of the body?

It's 15 lesions total, so it can only be reported it once. This CPT doesn't involve laterality since it's an integumentary system code that is not specific to any particular body part.
