If a polyethylene liner is removed to access the lateral gutters for debridement and a new polyethylene liner is placed, no infection or complication with the prothesis. Procedure done because of painful ankle with stiffness and gutter impingement. Is this coded with the debridement codes or CPT 27703 with or without modifier 52 or unlisted CPT code. Thank you. Coding for the facility.
