Hello... I have a surgery where the doctor did a colonoscopy with snare polypectomy X3 and biopsy polypectomy X2. The op reads:

The polyps were all removed with either snare cautery or hot biopsy forceps and sent to pathology. Overall pt had a polyp at the hepatic flexure, polyp in the proximal descending colon, sigmoid, rectosigmoid and proximal rectum. a total of 5 polyps.

Can i bill 45385 and 45380?

Yes, as long as they are seperate procedures and done in different locations. You will also need 59 modifier.
