I have a provider performing serial casting for clubfoot correction. We bill 29450 for the casting for multiple visits, and on the final visit the patient is treated with an Achilles tenotomy, 27605, and then the final cast is applied. I was hoping for guidance on the final casting. I was of the opinion that the final cast would be bundled with the tenotomy, as the tenotomy would be considered restorative treatment for the congenital club foot, but I can't seem to find a consensus on this. Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
