port a cath then chest tube ?

DOC did a insetion of porth a cath -36561- but hour later ptient reveled a pneumothorax , so doc had to insert a chest tube ,I work atan ASC ,can I bill both ?
 
if the pneumothorax was caused by the primary procedure than no that would be considered a complication and inclusive.

I believe it would be 32551 and that is a seperate procedure and not on the asc list.:)
