How should the following be coded, this is the very first time I have ever had to code one of these

Patient comes in for fluoroscopic identification of port and injection of saline to adjust band. patient is status post LAGB

The port is initially palpated and then located and marked under fluoroscopic guidance. The area is prepped with rubbing alcohol. The port is accessed with the aid of palpation and fluoroscopy. The port was found to have 4mls of saline. The port was filled with 3mls of saline. The total volume is 7mls of saline. The patient then drank approximately 30 milliliters of barium. No obstruction was seen. The patient tolerated the procedure well.

Im leaning towards S2083, 74246 & no fluroscopy because it's bundled or
S2083 & 76000/or77002
