Good afternoon. Can anyone please provide me with an all inclusive radiology CPT code list that is allowed to be billed with the transportation HCPCS codes R0070 and R0075 according to CMS guidelines? I am aware that Noridian published this article in 2018 (Noridian Portable X-ray Suppliers Billing and Coding Guidelines- Specialty 63), but the procedure list does not seem to be complete. TIA.
