Can anyone tell me how they bill E/M's for Retail Medical Clinics? If the fee is disease based (example $50 to see someone with throat pain), what code do you report to the insurance company. Do you bill the level of service supported in the documentaiton but have all levels billable at $50? What about new and established-do you follow the same rules as regular office visits?
