Hi all!

I am being told by one of our clients that POS 22 and 24 are "interchangeable" with Medicaid and Medicaid replacement plans. I have been coding for a very long time and disagree 100%. I'm being told it's in their contracts with the carriers, but I do not have access to these contracts. What are your thoughts on this? I am not comfortable doing this because it goes against everything I've "thought" for my entire coding career.
