If a physician (podiatrist) goes to an independant living facility, not an ALF, and the patients walk from their apartments to see him in an area designated as "the clinic" would this be place of service 33? The doctor feels it should be POS 11, and I disagree since he does not pay for or contribute to the upkeep of "the clinic", the staff, or any overhead, etc.

Secondly do you have a link or a reference towards documentation to support using 33 rather than 11? Or am I wrong?
