I keep getting denials from Medicare for code 93922 and 93923 done at our Out Patient Wound Care Clinic. We have billed it with modifier TC but that doesn't seem to matter. We keep getting the same denial for the Place of Service. Does anyone have any info on what POS they are wanting, if this is done in an OP facility then why wouldn't our 22 work?
