Our Certified Diabetic Educators (CDE) see patients routinely for DSMT services. They usually provide these services to groups of 10-20 in a hospital/clinic setting for outpatients and Medicare has always paid without a problem.

I am sure that physiotherapists and occupational therapists also provide services outside the typical care settings. What codes have they traditionally used for Fitness and community centers?
