I am new to infusions. We are a freestanding infusion center who have patients referred over for IV Biologics or IV Antibiotics. Would we bill as facility as the billing and rendering & input the ordering provider as the referring with POS 22? Or what about POS 49 Independent Clinic? Any guidance would greatly be appreciated.
