We are an independent lab and running blood and urine drug testing for RTC patients. Do we use POS 55 or 81 for the POS of the testing? I know for Covid testing, we have to use 55 as the POS needs to be where the specimen is collected based on Medicare and UHC. There is no POS 55 on Medicare's guideline for drug testing.
