Dos pos matter in a nursing home discharge? If provider did the nursing home discharge in his office instead of the nursing home, would I still bill 99315 or would I have to go with an established pt e/m code?

The pos must be the nursing home. The discharge must have been done at the nursing home in order to bill the 99315. Where the doctor dictates it from doesn't matter, as long as he had a face to face with the resident while they were in the nursing facility.
