So I have a Dr. who saw a pt in a outpt rehab type place and he charged a visit, inj charge and the J7323 Euflexxa which he brought from his own ofc.
The visit and inj chrg was pd with POS 22 but the inj was denied. Should we rebill the drug with POS 11 since it came from his ofc or are we out of luck?
 
No you cannot change the POS if the drug came from the provider office instead of from the facility supplies then you will need to prove this with some proof that the provider supplied this drug.
