Nuesoft Technologies, a leader in practice management software located in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time software support representative with good communication skills along with knowledge of computer technology and experience with medical billing and coding to assist clients with functional questions and technical issues via incoming calls, emails and live chats.
Skills & Qualifications:
*Experience with medical billing REQUIRED
* Keen understanding of medical office work flow and industry trends REQUIRED
*Attention to detail
*Solid problem-solving skills
*Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
*Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as customer service skills
*Bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus
*Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years experience in related field preferred
