I have a patient who presented with progressive pelvic pain and rising beta hCG. The provider took her to the OR and performed a laparoscopic salpingotomy on the right adnexal tube. No ectopic pregnancy was visulaized or manipulated out of the tube. How would you code this procedure? And what diagnosis would you link?
