I work for an ophthalmology practice that performs cataract surgeries. Medicare gives an allowance to their policy-holders to purchase a new pair of glasses following cataract surgery. Prior to 2016 when submitting claims for these glasses we listed "home" as the service location. Since the start of 2016 Medicare is now denying these claims. I'm guessing that we should probably change the location to "office" but I wanted to see if any folks on here knew for sure. Thanks!
