We will begin doing a limited post treatment venous ultrasound exam for patients treated with laser ablation for venous reflux. I cannot find a specific CPT for this. Would this just be coded as a limited venous ultrasound (93971) would we need to append a 52 modifier for reduced services? Any and all feedback would be greatly appreciated.
