Wiki Post Lexiscan Complications

I have a provider that was supervising a Lexiscan at the hospital (outpt). The patient developed complications and had to be monitored for approx. 2 hours before completing the exam and patient was discharged.

How do we code/bill for the 2 hours that the provider spent with the patient.
