Anyone know of a dx I can use for post operative adhesions in a shoulder?
There is NOT a stated dx of adhesive capsulitis anywhere in the documentation. And there's not any impingement or ankylosis mentioned, either.
The only thing I have is 'shoulder pain' but was hoping for something else more direct. T81.89XA Other complications of procedures but that makes me ask "are adhesions complications of procedures?"
Thanks for any thoughts!
