Not sure if I can bill this or not. Patient is 60 days post hysterectomy and has experienced post coital bleeding. My provider performed a vaginal biopsy in the office. No charge for the office visit but she wanted to charge for the biopsy.

Does the provider think the post coital bleeding is related to the surgery. If so, you can't bill it. If not, you can bill it.
