Patient presents for a bypass on day 1.
A few days later provider sees patient again for drainage of a hematoma at the distal end of the site of incision, which he states was related to the patient being on post op coumadin.

Would you consider this a 998.12 or 729.92? or another diagnosis?
Thanks for your thoughts.
