Looking for a post op modifier. Our surgeon did a wound washout on a patient that we did not do the surgery on.

If your surgeon (or group) did not do the surgery, then no modifier would be needed. You simply bill for the procedure(s) you performed.
IF there was an official transfer of care (almost unheard of in my area), that is billed completely different.
