Post Op Pain / Getting Block Paid?????

Our anesthesiologist does a good number of blocks (pre/intra or post op) to control post op pain , we bill with G8918 Insurance denying for diagnosis inconsistent with procedure?
Is there another diagnosis to use to get these paid?
