Wiki Post Op Pain Meds and Doppler

Patient had a total knee replacement.

Came in for follow-up, had some redness over knee, increased pain in calf and popliteal area.

Doctor ordered a Venous Doppler. Patient given an RX for Antibiotic and refills on his pain medicines [x2] plus anti-inflammatory.

This would normally be a post-operative regular visit, but with these symptoms, ordering of venous dopper to rule out blood clot and the prescribing of medications, can this visit be charged?
