First time in 5 years this has come up. I'm in a 10 day global for 17110 on the date of service. Is the I & D billable or bundled? I'm thinking bundled. Thanks in advance for input.

I would bill the I&D with the 79 mod. - with abscess dx code
although this is on the same sight as the prior treatment of wart. But the abscess is not planned or expected which resulted in an unrelated surgery needed to fix that new problem.
