A woman came in, had skin surgery on her hip..
She's back a few days later (during post op). She has inflammation and redness, tender to the touch. So, he is giving her a shot.

With her shot, I am not going to code an E/M because that is included in the post op, But for the shot, I am coding 96372. I don't know whether to use -58, staged or RELATED procedure. OR 78, UNPLANNED return (but it says the operating room, and this was just a shot)

HELP!!!
