Can you use a Z90.79 for a post op TURP?

I wouldn't use that one. They only take some tissue out not the whole prostate. I would use either Z48.816 (if it was your doctor that did the surgery) or maybe Z98.890.

Do not use that code because the prostate was not removed. Use Z90.79 after a Radical Prostectomy
