my doctor took patient next day after a vaginal hysterectomy for repair of bleeding pedicle. Was entered through small subumbilical incision. when pedicle was found a ligature was placed over area which appeared friable and bovied. Irrigation was done then thrombin added. the three cites were closed with 2-0 chromic and bandaids were placed over the site.
Please help me code this. Never had one like this before.
