Can post op visits be billed to Workers Compensation? In the past, I have always generated a "no charge" claim form, which was a reminder to send the dictated office note to the Carrier.

Wondering if these visits, however, can be billed, or perhaps a 99080 for the medical notes that are submitted via mail or fax to the carrier?

Hoping someone can let me know where I stand on this issue, or point me in the right direction for my answer.

Thanks to all,

CW
