Here's my question: The patient has a nerve block catheter ( ON-Q pump) for post op pain. The patient spoke with the doctor about their complaint via speaker phone. The doctor advised the patient the setting for the On-Q pump and what to do if the problem continue. Would the anesthesia doctor be able to bill for the phone visit?

Any input on this matter would be greatly appreciated!!!
