A Flex Sig is performed due to bleeding caused a px removal during a colonoscopy the day before. During the Flex Sig an injection and clips were placed to stop the bleeding.

Would I code 45330 with a modifier 78 but not code the 45334 because the dr caused the bleeding. Thanks for your help
