Would I use V15.52 for the Post Traumatic Brain Injury? Pt. has History of CVA (V12.54), Subdural Hemorrhage (432.1) and Cerebrovascular Disease (437.9). No other documentation is available.
 
I wouldn't recommend using the post-traumatic code, as the documentation you listed does not include "trauma"...just my thoughts...
