What msrd_081002 is absolutely correct when they mension as Chronic, But Here what you take 339.20 is correct according to my view..The Dr said Headache due to Head injury 1 year ago only.. So we can't give the Chronic code 339.22 specifically, Useually we use the UNSPECIFIED code only..

Its my point of view.. If any Mistake Guide me..
