I have a case for subtotal excision of posterior spinal osteoma C4-C7. He did not remove any of the vertebral component....he removed the osteoma that was attached to the spinous process without removing any of the spinous process. I thought a 22100 but after more consideration I don't think so. I am at a loss. Would appreciate any input
