Wiki Postpardum Screening

I work for a pediatricians group and the providers want to start implimenting a postpardum screening of newborn mothers at the baby's 2 month, 4, month and 6 month well visits. Does anyone know if this is billable by a pediatrician since it is on the mother? and Does anyone know what the reimbursement would be or if it is covered by any of the payors? We are looking at usng the cpt code 99420
