Wiki postpartum visit, yearly with 24 modifier

Recently I am getting denials when I submit 99395 with 24 modifiers. Is this something new? Does the patient now have to wait until after the global period of her delivery to get a yearly exam? Where would I find this information?

According to ACOG, a H&P and pap is included in the delivery global code. You would not unbundle this with a 24 modifier
