pt went in and delivered very quickly. right after delivery my doctor was called back in due to pp hemorrhage...after a while she decided to put her back in the OR and do "Evacuation of clots and placement of Bakri device" under anesthesia. My dilema is either to bill for the Prolonged Services INpt 99356 or the Proc, which I'm unable to find in my CPT book. Eveything has to do with ectopic preg. Can I plz get an idea or where to start and also what would be more beneficial to bill?
