PP hospital exam/ pt delivered at home

I have a patient that delivered her baby at home (unexpectedly). She then came to the hospital and the doctor did a post partum exam and perineum check. Can I bill for any of this? The patient has a Medicaid plan so all of her visits were billed individually, I'm just not sure what to do since the doctor really didn't deliver her.
 
This would fall under postpartum care. CPT 59430. ICD9: V24.2. Check with your carrier to see how many postpartum visits are allowed. Here, in Texas, patients are allowed only 2 visits total for postpartum care.
