One of the radiologists that I work with asked me what documentation was required for PQRI - does anyone know if there are guidelines for that? And also are radiologists involved with PQRI if they are billing in the 70000 series?

You can find the PQRI guidelines for radiologists at acr.org they have all the information and whats required plus worksheets that are very helpful for the measures. I hope this helps.
