OK so it took me a while to make sure I understand the PQRS. Now that I feel comforatable with-is it my best bet to just report 7/11-12/11 since we are already halfway through april?

If I started reporting now-claims based on individual measures-I would need to account for 50% or better of the patients we have seen since January, right?
