HELP!!!!
In reviewing PQRS info from several sites including CMS, for Measure 106, (meets performance) indicated the use of 1040F and G8930. In two places I have seen G8930 listed as: Assessment of depression severity at the initial evaluation. However, in HCPCS Level II for 2013 BOTH G8930 and G8931 are listed with identical wording: Assessment of depression severity not documented, reason not given.
It does not make sense to me that two different G codes would have identical wording.
Has anyone seen any update to HCPCS Level II for the G8930?
